The Moai 6-Week Programme is a structured kettlebell strength and conditioning block designed to help you build strength and confidence in training. With three coach-led sessions each week, every workout is guided so you always know what to do and how to progress.
Most people join simply looking to move better and feel stronger. Over six weeks, they develop good training habits, learn the movements properly, and gain the confidence to keep fitness as a consistent part of their routine.
sTAGE 1
Consultation
Before you start training, we take time to understand you — your lifestyle, your goals, and the barriers you've faced. This conversation helps us build a clear picture of where you are now and where you want to go, ensuring your journey starts with the right foundation.
STAGE 2
The Programme
Three coached sessions each week inside a premium training environment. You'll learn to move well with kettlebells, build confidence and develop real strength — with no pressure, no judgement and coaches who genuinely want to see you succeed.
STAGE 3
Review & Membership
At the end of your 6 weeks, we sit down to review your journey — how you've trained, how you've settled in, and how you're feeling. For most people, this is where the next step begins and your long-term journey with Moai starts.

Rian founded Moai Strength & Wellness with a simple mission: to help people experience the real benefits of kettlebell training — not just in the gym, but in the way they move and feel in everyday life.
Having seen how intimidating traditional gym environments can be, he built Moai to be something different. An ego-free space where people feel comfortable, part of a community, and free to grow without judgement.
Rian believes training goes beyond physical results. Through structured coaching and a positive mindset, the goal is to help people build confidence, develop resilience, and achieve things they once thought were out of reach. At its core, Moai is about becoming stronger — not just physically, but in the way you approach your life.

Josh Graham
Moai Kettlebell Instructor
Josh was Moai's very first instructor and remains an integral part of the team. Balancing a full-time career in insurance alongside his coaching, he leads many of the evening kettlebell classes with genuine passion and attention to technique. Josh helps members build confidence with kettlebells while keeping the environment supportive and motivating. Some say he might even be the strongest instructor... we'll let you be the judge.

Chris Neilson
Moai Kettlebell Instructor
Known around the gym as "the runner," Chris leads Moai's two 45-minute high-intensity classes, delivering the perfect blend of strength and cardio. He also works as a personal trainer across other gym facilities, and that experience shows — his sessions are dynamic, well-paced, and consistently high energy. Anyone who's trained at Moai knows the commitment Chris brings, both to his own training and to the members he coaches.

Katie Fish
Moai Kettlebell Instructor
Katie's "Fish Friday" class has quickly become one of the most popular sessions at Moai. Known simply as "The Fish," she brings energy, enthusiasm, and a real passion for helping members push themselves in a supportive environment. Alongside a busy career in partnerships and events, Katie consistently shows up with the same dedication and positivity, and anyone who's attended her sessions will know exactly the kind of atmosphere she creates.
